enterprises concerned and maintaining due contacts with them.

Arranging for and attending to any services and formalities
appertaining to your vessels, their cargo, passengers and crew before and
on arrival of the vessel, during her stay in the port as well
as after their departure.

Reporting you regularly about vessels arrival their position and prospects
as well as about any important or special occurrences connected with
the vessels, their cargo, passengers and crew.

Preparing lists for storage dues imposed on the loaded containers as at
monthly basis.

Signing bills of lading on behalf of masters of your vessels.

Representing you
and your vessels before Syrian courts and following lawsuits
and claims raised against you and your
vessels on condition that credit balance in your favor cover
legal expenses in accordance with your instructions.

Collecting the freights payable in
Syria and demurrage of containers or any other amounts in according
with your instructions, charter parties or bills of lading and
transferring said amounts to your account if a credit balance in
your favor existing thus in accordance with local rules of
exchange bureau of the central bank of
Syria.

Our remunerations and commissions occurred are as per
decisions issued by the Minister of Transport in this respect and any amendment
in force.

Furnishing you with any alterations, regulations, tariffs and charges
generally adopted, customs rules as well as other information
appertaining to the ports.
