Dear Captain
Please find hereafter some information we think it is necessary you take note
about same either upon approaching Syrian Ports or during the stay of your
vessel there:
- Location:
- Lattakia Port : 35 ْ
31' N., 35ْ 46' E (Admiralty Chart 1035)
- Tartous Port : 34 ْ
53' n, 35 ْ
45' E
(Admiralty Chart 1036)
- Banias Terminal : 35 ْ
15 N., 35 ْ
57 E (Admiralty Chart 2796)
- Upon granting your vessel the free pratique, the Committee will ask you to
present to them:
- 4 copies of crew list
- 3 copies of store list
- 3 copies of crew declaration
- 3 copies of cargo manifest
- 2 copies of cargo plan ( if general cargo or bulk carrier or
passenger ship with cargo 3 copies
- 2 copies of address ( owner – operator – charterer )
- 2 copies of ports of call
- Registry certificate.
- Sanitary certificate.
If vessel is calling for the first time a Syrian port, log book covering one
year duration should be presented to the harbor master.
