applicable on Syrian flagged vessels for non – transit cargoes
Tariff of agency fees and commissions to be collected by the shipping
Agencies Company from vessels calling Syrian ports and terminals
according to the Decision No. 2222 issued on 14/12/2009 by the
Ministry of Transport effective since 6/1/2010.

Tariff of agency fees and commissions to be collected by the
shipping Agencies Company from vessels calling Syrian ports
and terminals according to the Decision No. 778 issued on
3/9/1988 by the Ministry of Transport effective since 19 October
1988.
Decision 1111
Agency Fees applicable on vessels for
Transit Cargoes
Tariff of agency fees and commissions to be
collected by the Shipping Agencies Company from vessels calling Syrian
ports and terminals carrying transiting cargoes ( final destination
outside the Syrian territory ) according to the Decision No. 1111
issued on 21/6/1998 by the Ministry of Transport effective since 19 October
1988.
Agency Fees Applicable Non-Syrian Flagged Vessels For
Non-Transit Cargoes.
Tariff of agency fees and commissions to be collected by the
Shipping Agencies
Company from non Syrian vessels Calling Syrian ports and terminals for non
transit cargoes as per Decision No. 201 issued on 13/2/2002 by the Ministry of Transport
effective since 20 April 2002.
Fees and commission to be
collected by the Shipping Agencies Company from local private
agents of the vessels calling Syrian ports
According to the decision No. 750 dated 8/5/2003 issued
by the Syrian Ministry of Transport.
